CG Wellington Inc. (“CGW”) is pleased to announce the acquisition of Grober Nutrition Ltd. (“Grober”), a respected leader in young animal nutrition based in Cambridge, Ontario, from Gay Lea Foods Co-operative Limited (“Gay Lea Foods”). The transaction officially closed on June 30, 2025.
